After a 6 month break I finally got a gym membership and hit the treadmill again. I will be running some races and then finally a marathon towards the end of the year. Utah is swarming with them! There is another run towards the end of the month called the 5k cake walk and run. The kids race is only a half mile. What a great way to introduce your kids to the love of running. The prize is a gourmet cupcake. Here's the link for that: 5kcakewalk.com. this one is in Eagle Mountain.
Running has always been my passion and I cant wait for the upcoming events especially the Dirty Dash and the Big Foot Midnight Blood Run!
